Memorial to Omaha Greene
It is with great sadness that we report on the passing of Omaha Greene, ANDI IT#5. He passed away in his sleep on 30 December 2006. Omaha was one of the earliest members of the ANDI family. His efforts while working with Ed on the original CST & CGB texts were instrumental in the early growth of ANDI. Omaha lived in the Davis area of California where his job as a structural and maintenance engineer for CalTrans as a bridge inspector gave him unique insight and experience to the technical aspects of diving. Anyone who met Omaha or had the honor of knowing him personally will remember his unique sense of humor and quick wit. The ANDI family owes you a great debt of gratitude! We are all better for your involvement and are proud to have been your friend.
