TERMS of SALE: All prices are U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prepayment only. Other payment terms by prior arrangement and approval only.
METHOD of PAYMENT: Credit card, Finance Program, Bank Transfer or Check with Order. Credit Sale Credit Card : Send credit card numbers with PO or through the on-line shopping cart secured site. Finance Program : Financing is available for major purchases. Call for details. Cash Sale To be considered a “Cash Sale” and be eligible for the reduced price, Check with Order, Bank Check, Money Order or other cleared funds equal to the invoice total must be received prior to shipment. Bank Transfers : Transfer the net invoice price plus bank fees. We need to receive the invoice amount and not invoice less bank fees. Do not deduct handling charges, cable fees, etc. Call for details and swift numbers.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Standard handling of orders requires 2-3 business days to ship most items. If your order requires faster handling, it must be considered a RUSH order and subject to a $20 RUSH ORDER HANDLING CHARGE. Returned check charge: $25.00. (May limit future payment options.) Due to the additional paperwork required to process and ship orders for export, we require a minimum order of $200. Lesser orders may be subject to a $25 handling charge.
Returns : Used equipment is not returnable. New and un-used product in original packaging within 7-days .... Full return less any shipping (both ways). New and un-used product in original packaging within 30-days .... 15% re-stocking fee less any shipping (both ways).
Shipping: Ground : (USA and Canada Only): FedEx Ground Air: Fed EX, or Deferred Air Freight for orders over 45 Kgs. Delivery to P.O. Box addresses by U.S. Postal Service only. Shipping is F.O.B. Freeport, New York, USA. Shipping charges are included on the invoice or billed separately, where noted. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to purchaser when insured. All orders are shipped insured unless specifically directed otherwise.
